Quality Development Team

Our beautiful designs and enduring superior quality have been our forte since our establishment. All the raw materials used in our products (including fibers, colours, yarns, etc.) are procured from select reputed suppliers, who have a reputed name in the market. Our efficient and skilled designers & craftsmen take extreme measures to ensure that the quality remains consistent throughout the production process, including the spinning, dyeing, weaving, washing and finishing. Our research and development team strives steadily towards augmenting the speed, efficiency and quality of the manufacturing machines.

Infrastructural Setup   

Apart from having the advantage of 30 long years of experience into the field of textiles, Vardhman Impex has established a state-of-the-art infrastructural unit over the total land area of 48,600 sq. ft. The machines installed in different departments of our unit include 150 Handlooms (up to the width of 300 cms.), 50 pit looms (up to the width of 200 cms.), 30 Juki stitching machines, etc.

With a recent expansion of 36,000 sq. ft. area in its unit, the company has installed Automatic and Shuttle-less Looms & Chamber and Cone Dyeing Plants. As a whole, the company is managed by diligent designers, craftsmen and other professionals, being complemented by a separate in-house dyeing process dept., finishing and packaging dept., and stitching unit with 200 machines. Such an exemplary infrastructural frame has enabled us to achieve the monthly production targets of:

• Bedspreads (15000pcs.-20000pcs.)
• Cushion Covers (40000pcs.-50000pcs.)
• Curtains (12000pcs.-20000pcs.)
• Rugs (40000sq. feet).
